Shipping:
How long does it take to ship after the order is placed?
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days after the order is placed.
Does the order have a tracking number?
All orders have a tracking number.
Return and Exchange Policy:
What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer return and exchange services, but customers are responsible for international shipping costs if they are not satisfied with the items. No questions asked! In addition, we are happy to exchange your items. If there are any quality issues, we will send new items for free. If customers accept the items with minor problems, they can get a partial refund. Customers have up to 7 days to exchange or return items after the package is delivered.
Do we accept orders outside the United States?
Yes, we ship worldwide and orders over $30 are eligible for free shipping with tracking numbers.

Orders to the United States, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe usually take 10-15 days to arrive. However, shipping time may vary depending on the efficiency of local postal services. Express shipping options are available upon request.

What if I don’t receive my package?
If you do not receive your package within 60 days (to account for peak season delays), we will refund the full amount.
